MY STORY
When I was 14, I kept asking myself, why are people so different? What makes someone click with something instantly, while others get confused or frustrated?
That question stuck with me. It followed me into product design engineering, where I learned how to make things work. But it wasn’t until I found UI/UX that I thought, yep, this is it. This is where empathy meets logic. Where I can actually design things that help people feel understood.
Fast forward a few years, and I’ve designed for oil and gas giants, crypto platforms, wellness apps, and enterprise systems. I've led UX strategies, mentored junior designers, and created products that over 10,000 people rely on, from simplifying complex workflows to rethinking national-level operations.
Every project, big or small, comes back to the same mindset:
Understand the people, find a better way.
And if I can help someone move through a system more confidently, more calmly, more clearly, that’s a win in my book.

I joined initially to support the product as a Senior UI/UX Designer, but during a period of uncertainty, I stepped up to guide the team through a pivotal phase. With my UX lead on leave, I facilitated alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and the product team, helping the project regain clarity and momentum. That moment sparked my transition into a formal leadership role.
- Promoted to Lead UX for an AI-driven enterprise platform supporting 30+ Operating Units (OPUs) across upstream, gas, and downstream
- Shaped the UX strategy for a system used by 10,000+ internal users across critical technical functions
- Led a team of 2 designers, guiding weekly reviews, deliverables, and design quality standards
- Facilitated design workshops to resolve requirement gaps and stakeholder misalignment
- Improved design–dev alignment and reduced delivery friction by ~30% (est.)
- Improved communication flow between design, product, and business teams, reducing back-and-forth and rework by ~40%
Shortly after joining FPT Software, I was placed on-site with the client’s enterprise team to support a critical financial transformation project. What started as a solo UI/UX role quickly became an opportunity to lead the design direction for a company-wide financial platform, marking a meaningful step in my growth toward UX leadership.
- Entrusted to lead UX design for a transition from email-based approvals to a dedicated financial system
- Created smart workflows and dynamic forms, reducing turnaround time by an estimated 40%
- Designed dashboards and visual audit trails to support quarterly reviews and compliance audits
- Conducted 4+ usability testing cycles to align system design with internal finance team needs
- Enabled processing of over 1,200+ corporate card approvals annually with improved visibility and accountability
- Helped bridge communication gaps between local and overseas teams, where my bubbly personality helped create a safe space for open dialogue, boosting team confidence and cross-border collaboration by ~30%
What started as a UI-focused role quickly became an opportunity to step up. I was entrusted to lead the research and design direction for a complex enterprise tool, my first official leap into UX leadership within an international, multi-team environment.

Orange Crow began with a simple idea: to create thoughtful, scalable design for real-world businesses. What started as a small studio between two designers is now a growing effort to build an internationally recognized UX brand — one project at a time.
- Co-founded and led a studio focused on helping startups and SMEs scale through UX clarity and no-code solutions
- Delivered 3 end-to-end projects, with 1 active client on annual support

- Launched production-ready websites via Webflow, optimized for SEO and low-maintenance updates

This was where I built my design foundation — translating ideas into usable, testable interfaces while learning how to work fast and deliver with purpose.

- Handled full-cycle design: from low-fidelity wireframes to developer-ready handoffs and client walkthroughs
- Conducted lightweight usability tests and quick iteration sprints to improve early product versions

Beyond creating, I have a deep passion for teaching and mentorship, and I see myself guiding the next generation of designers.
